Hi
I’ve heard that meditation is a very good activity that can cause relaxation. does it have benefits of Brainwave Entrainment?
Brainwave Entrainment can improve memory, heal ADD, Addiction, etc.
does Meditation can cause aforementioned items?
Thanks.
