Hi there.

Is it possible to gain any benefits if breathing meditation was practiced only 5 to 10 minutes on a daily basic constantly?

Thanks!

Yes, you’ll get a chance to catch your breath and relax a bit. Otherwise, you are getting close to the idolatrous practices of Eastern Mystycism and Yoga.

    Absolutely

I was freaking out before my driving test today (I passed!) so I took 5 mintues to chill

    It helped!

Yes. You could easily reduce the stress in your life just with a few minutes to relax. Helps your blood flow more, keeps your mind level.
And from those few things alone, you could see a wide variety of results- from weight loss to better health.
